I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Operator’s Manual for the attachment and the tractor/power source and have verified that all safety decals, guards and shields are in place. The equipment was thoroughly inspected for loose and/or missing parts and has been adjusted in accordance with the Pre-Delivery Checklist. I have read and understood the nature and extent of the warranty and understand clearly that there were and are no other representations of warranties, either expressed or implied, made by any person. I have been advised on proper operation, maintenance, and lubrication procedure of this equipment. If I am not the operator of the tractor/power source, I have verified that the operator has read and understood the Operator’s Manual for the attachment and the tractor/power source and has verified the truthfulness of the information listed above. I understand that the operator is responsible for his/her safety and the safety of others.
